what is health coaching?

Health Coaching is a partnership between client and coach. It provides a non-judgmental space to achieve your health goals in a way that feels right for you.

 

First, we explore where you are now and what you want to achieve.

Then, we'll break it down into small, doable steps that will get you there.

Each session is a holds space to check in, clarify your next step, and create a plan to achieve it. At the end, you’ll have the tools to sustain the progress you made and confidently move forward on your own.​​​

How it works

Initial Session:
We explore your current health, values, strengths, motivation, and what you want to focus on in our work together.  
 
Session #2:
You have the option to set a goal(s) that will guide our work together and create your first action step(s). Action steps are small steps completed in between sessions that move you towards your main goal.
 
Session #3 and on:
We check in on action steps, explore what went well, what you learned, and what's the next step. Then, create a plan that works for you to accomplish that next step. 
We continue until you're ready to move forward on your own.
 
Closing Session:
We explore and celebrate all the work you've done, how you've grown, what you learned, and create a plan to maintain your progress after coaching ends.
 
After each session, you will receive a session recap that includes your goal(s), action step(s), and a space for notes to record what comes up between sessions.
