Meet Nicole
Empowerment is one of my personal values and I love being a Health Coach, because I get to empower other women in the outdoors to achieve their goals on their terms.
With 20 years of experience in the health and wellness, I understand how challenging change can be. Health Coaching helps people grow and change in a way that works for them. That is sustainable for them. And this is one reason I am so psyched to be a Health Coach. I get to help people change and grow in a way that works for them. I'm not another expert telling you what to do. I'm a partner facilitating your growth process. My only agenda is helping you find and be true to your agenda. I use a holistic and inclusive approach, honoring each person as the unique individual they are.
Getting outdoors is a fundamental part of my life and has a profound impact on my health. I enjoy working with women in the outdoors, because I understand how important and wonderful it is to be healthy enough to adventure outside.
On a personal note, I relish any time I can spend in nature and you'll find me climbing, camping, hiking, and snowshoeing. I love food, cooking, barefoot shoes, geeking out on whatever I am currently studying, and spending time with friends and family. I’m a taurus, half-Taiwanese, gear nerd, and was born and raised in Colorado (Cheyenne and Ute native land). I'm grateful to live in such a beautiful place with my husband and son so close to the mountains.
If any of this resonates with you, schedule a discovery call to see if working together feels right for you.
